ATHLETE TRAINING (Ages 8 & Older)

Strength and conditioning is the one constant training discipline in all major sports. Failure to participate in strength and conditioning programs may lead to injury and the underdevelopment of an athlete’s potential. Our hassle free memberships are designed to be convenient for today’s extremely sports families. We offer flexible scheduling and programming based on individual’s athlete’s needs. SHOOTING & SCORING SCHOOL

We believe in developing athletic movements to create powerful, accurate and quick shooting and scoring skills. Learn and have more fun scoring goals and winning games.

GOALIE COACHING

Our programs

Strength and conditioning programs Philosophy
We train fundamentals movement and establish new motor patterns that will increase strength, power and speed. Athletes will see vast improvements in performance balance, stability, overall health and performance. All excercise programs are customizes for each individual and are age/ sport/ gender specific.
Functional Assessment ***(Optional)
All programs will include a Functional assessment with our clinical staff. The Functional assessment has 3 Prime Motivators. Prevent Injuries/ Optimize Performance/ Improve Mobility and Stability

Athletic Testing
All Athletes will be tested prior to their first sessions and retested to ensure quality gains.
The Workouts
Individual Programs are built on a solid athletic foundation and will include sound nutritional advice The workout consists of functionally strength training and conditioning with an emphasis on technique. The workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered Athletes are coached highly qualified and motivated staff members to ensure movements and exercises are performed with optimal form and efficiency.
